Ahoy mateys! Karl hits harbour with new posse
Karl Stefanovic is running with a new crew.
When the embattled TV host wanted to celebrate with mates, he still opted for his go-to spin around the harbour on a luxury yacht, but he had new high-profile faces in tow.

Stefanovic's long-time friends - entertainment reporter Richard Wilkins, radio funnyman Tim Blackwell, celebrity accountant Anthony Bell and A Current Affair journalist Steve Marshall - were nowhere to be seen.
Instead Stefanovic boarded the cruiser with a bottle of red wine in hand, before being joined by nine mates, including brother and Sky News journalist Peter Stefanovic, Wentworth MP Dave Sharma, Sky News CEO Paul Whittaker, chef Guillaume Brahimi, ARIA CEO Dan Rosen and owner of the boat Richard Weinberg (the son-in-law of Westfield co-founder John Saunders).

Stefanovic's day on the water comes amid contract negotiations with Nine, the father-of-four's contract with Nine is up in December.
It is understood executives have made an offer to Stefanovic and his new agent Mark Morrissey, however talks have stalled because the new contract is believed to offer less than
half his former $3 million-a-year.

The high-profile guests could be seen toasting Stefanovic with glasses of champagne before sitting down to lunch.
The boat docked off the navy base near Balmoral for a number of hours, before leaving at around 5pm.
Stefanovic, who recently signed up for a health kick after weighing himself on air, could be seen having a cigarette and a laugh with mate Sharma on the top of the cruiser.

The seaside long lunch comes almost a month after Stefanovic welcomed his fourth child, a daughter named Harper May, with wife and first-time mum Jasmine.
It was in December 2016 on board a luxury boat that Jasmine and Karl first met.
They went public with their relationship aboard another multimillion-dollar cruiser two months later.
