FREE BURGERS: How to get a free meal every day for a week
ONE of Australia's most successful burger chains is offering up free burgers every day for the next week - but you'll have to do a good deed first.
Grill'd has teamed up with not-for-profit organisation YGAP, to support their 'Polished Man' initiative to target violence against children.
The burger chain is giving away a free burger every day for a week, starting today, to customers (both men and women) supporting the Polished Man campaign.
Customers will need to sign up for the initiative and raise $30 towards ending violence against children.
They will then be able to claim a free burger every day until October 10.
Grill'd Managing Director Simon Crowe said the campaign aimed to raise $3 million and sign up 100,000 polished men and women.
"Last year we helped the organisation raise $1 million with the help of over 62,000 Polished Men," Mr Crowe said.
"This year we hope to help them raise even more funds to support trauma recovery and prevention programs for children who have suffered or are at risk of suffering violence.
"We all have the power to make a change and this begins in our local communities, and we're calling on every Australian to paint one fingernail during October, start a conversation over a healthy burger and inspire a donation to help end violence against children."
To get involved, sign up to the Polished Man campaign at www.polishedman.com, tick the 'join the movement to end violence against children' box, raise $30, paint a fingernail and Grill'd will shout you a free burger every day between today and Tuesday October 10.
