KAWUNGAN Sandy Straits have cast last week's seven-goal flogging to the pages of history.
Brothers Aston Villa thumped an undermanned Jets 9-2 in what was an awful weekend for the Fraser Coast's Wide Bay League clubs.
KSS Jets coach Phil Rimmer said his side were purely focused on Saturday night's home game against Bargara.
Bargara won their pre-season trial, but Rimmer said his squad would turn that around.
"We expect to play a lot better than we did then,” Rimmer said. "That was our first hit-out and had a fair few second division players in the side.
"We are back to full-strength this week.
"The boys have been good at training and we've put last weekend well behind us.”
The Jets sit seventh on the Wide Bay League, three competition points behind Bargara.
Rimmer said his side's attack should be good enough to win.
"We've been scoring goals which isn't a problem,” Rimmer said.
"If you score two or three goals in a game your defence should be good enough to win.
"It's just finding that consistency.”
The Hervey Bay Sports Club game will kick-off at 6pm.
