Learn to control your mind and ease pains
MEDITATION is such a powerful tool once you learn it.
Granville woman Cazz knows all too well the power after it saved her life "and silenced the demons".
She says you only own two things - your thoughts and feelings.
"The five senses - smell, touch, see, hear, taste - trigger your thoughts and feelings and a lot of your emotions," Cazz said.
"I started meditation in the early 70s for premenstrual tension, depression and pain.
"Doctors couldn't give me an answer - meditation helped me and others in the group, reducing our issues - mental and physical."
Cazz said that over the years she felt she needed more answers.
She studied for three years and became a counsellor.
"I was lucky to meet spiritual healers, became a Reiki master and joined the Australian Reiki Connection," she said.
"I also learnt crystal healing and have become a registered spiritual healer."
The 60-year-old healer is inviting everyone to come and join her meditation classes.
"I would love to share my gifts that I have learnt over the past 30 years," she said.
"I can teach you to control your thoughts, quiet your mind and relax your body.
"I can show you techniques to control your thoughts to heal yourself."
Cazz said her motto was find a reason why, not reasons why you can't.
"Doctors, specialist and counsellors will encourage you to try meditation to help with your health issues," she said.
"Come join me and see if I'm the one to help you."
Cazz will hold mind, body, soul meditations, self awareness and self healing classes for beginners to advanced.
People are free to come and learn these skills in a quiet tranquil garden setting at 95 Odessa St, Granville, every Tuesday at 10am.
For more information, phone Cazz on 4123 0067 or 0421 658 385.

- Doesn't matter where or when or for how long - you can start with as little as two minutes
