Learn what food goes with which wine at Relish Fraser Coast

MARYBOROUGH'S Muddy Waters Cafe has teamed up with Dan Murphy's for a series of food and wine matching sessions at Relish Fraser Coast on Saturday, June 8.

Head chef and owner of Muddy Waters Mike Cox said guests would have a choice between two different flavours, an Argentinian barbecue or the great Aussie barbecue.

"We'll be preparing a selection of different canapes," he said.

"Those who enjoy a glass of wine know that choosing the right style can often be the difference between a good meal and great meal.

"I'm really looking forward to working with the team from Dan Murphy's and sharing our knowledge with guests to Relish."

The sessions will run hourly from 11am and bookings are required.

Tickets are $15 per person and can be purchased online at www.relishfrasercoast.com.au or on the day at the council's ticket booth.
