Legend is now at one with himself

"It's part of my commitment to mindfulness and positive spiritual practices to inspire others to live a prosperous, abundant and awakened life on earth - here and now," he said.

"It's all part of looking within oneself for being a more mindful and spiritually centred person in one's life.

"Creating inner peace, balance and harmony in one's life too."

He said One offered a fresh perspective on how to find inner spiritual presence, co-create mindfulness manifestations and be one.

Wondunna-Foley said not only did he write the self-published book, he took each image himself.

"Every image was taken either on Fraser Island, the Cooloola Coast or the Fraser Coast," he said.

"I live, work and play on the traditional country of the Butchulla people.

"I am blessed with two beautiful daughters, as well as being able to contribute to the wellbeing...of many people.

"Being a person with an Indigenous lineage I have always grown up with a strong connection to country and inner path of spiritual awakening."
