Nine people treated at scene of two car crash near Toowoomba

Nine people were treated by paramedics at the scene of a two car crash north of Toowoomba today.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said multiple crews attended the scene of the crash on the New England Highway at Pechey north of Toowoomba about 9.55am.

She said only one patient, a woman in her 20s, had been transported by ambulance to hospital.

That patient had possible spinal injuries and was transported in a stable condition as a precaution, she said.

None of the other people at the scene required transportation and were treated for relatively minor injuries.
