Bamboo fencing ripped out at Burrum Heads

Burrum Heads wilful damage

POLICE say between 10am on September 14 and 6am on September 15, unknown offenders ripped out about 1.5m of bamboo fencing which borders the rear of a property on Fulmar Crt in Burrum Heads.

There are no suspects or witnesses.

Scarness burglary

THERE was a break-in and burglary at Hillcrest Ave in Scarness on September 12.

Police say, at 9am unknown offenders went to the home and attempted to gain entry through a side downstairs window.

They were unsuccessful and there are no suspects or witnesses.

Toogoom break and enter

SOMETIME between 6pm and 7pm on September 12 and 13, police say unknown offenders broke into a home at Oyster Crt in Toogoom.

They caused damage to the side lounge room window.

There are no suspects or witnesses.

Urraween break and enter

POLICE say offenders got into the back of a home at Dean Crt in Urraween, cutting a flywire screen and causing wilful damage.

The incident is believed to have occurred between 1pm and 10am on September 12 and 13.

There are no suspects or witnesses.

Urangan break and enter

THERE was a break-in and burglary at Crescent St Urangan between 8.30am on September 13 and 6pm on September 15.

Police say unknown offenders gained entry into the home via a side window.

Once inside, the offenders entered a bedroom and stole money from a wallet in a clothes drawer, a Grey Dell Inspiron 15R (N5110) laptop with a grey custom swirly top and a small pink iPod Mini from the docking station next to the bed.

Police say the offenders then entered the kitchen and lounge room, where they stole a quantity of money from two money jars, a black iPod and a computer laptop.

There are no suspects or witnesses.

Scarness stealing

BETWEEN 11pm on September 17 and 9am on September 18, police say unknown offenders have stolen two fishing rods with yellow braid that were leaning up against a motorhome from a caravan park in Scarness.

There are no suspects or witnesses.

Maryborough stealing

THE Victory Church on Saltwater Creek Rd in Maryborough had a black purse with money inside and personal identification stolen by an unknown man.

Police say the offence occurred between 10am and 11am on September 14.

An offender stole from a home in Prospect St, Maryborough, between noon and 1pm on September 11 and 17.

Police say unknown offenders entered the backyard and stole a green push lawnmower from an open back veranda.

There are no suspects or witnesses.

Torquay stealing

OFFENDERS tried to gain entry to a white Ford Capri convertible that was locked and secured by cutting two hand-sized holes into the soft top and reaching through to try to unlock the vehicle, without success.

No property was taken from the car, which was parked behind the post office and Foodworks store on Freshwater St, Torquay.

Police say the offence occurred between 3.45pm and 6pm on September 15.

There are no suspects or witnesses.

Maryborough wilful damage

BETWEEN 4pm on September 14 and 6.30am on September 15 Police say unknown offenders caused damage to a glass panel located at Classroom A10, at Central State School by smashing the window out of the wooden door.

There are no suspects or witnesses.
