TORQUAY

Wilful damage

The door and security screen of an Esplanade cafe was damaged by two vandals between 8.20 and 8.40pm on January 12.

URANGAN

Break and enter

A burglar, who removed the bathroom screen of a William St home between 7.50 and 10.58pm on January 30, was unsuccessful in gaining entry.

KAWUNGAN

Stolen number plate

Thieves removed and made off with the number plates of a car parked on Grevillea St between January 29 and noon January 31. The plates stolen were Queensland registration 878GPX.

URRAWEEN

Steal from car

A wallet hidden away in a car's centre console was stolen by thieves between 9 and 9.30am, February 1. The car was parked in Johnston Bvd and is believed to have been unlocked.

Break and enter

A Tooley St home was ransacked by the thieves, who used an unknown tool to force entry. The offence happened between 10am January 30 and 10am February 1.

A woman stole a dash camera from the front of an Eli Waters Shopping Centre store about 1.30pm January 31.

A woman stole a PS4 gaming controller from a store at Pialba Place Shopping Centre about 1.30pm February 1.

Break and enter

A laptop, credit card and personal items were stolen from an unlocked Lennox St home between 7.30pm January 31 and 1.30am, February 1.

Wilful damage

A car parked on Jocelyn Dr had two of its tyres punctured by vandals between 9.20pm on February 1 and 12.45pm on February 2.

Steal from car

Clothing and a BP fuel card were taken from an unlocked car parked on Hayman Crt between 7pm on February 2 and 8.15am the next day.

A male offender stole cash from a ladies bag and men's wallet in an unlocked William St home. The incident happened between 8 and 8.30pm on February 2.

Steal from shop

A man stole a tablet for sale at a Torquay Rd stationary store about 2pm, February 3.

Break and enter

A Yamaha Four stroke motor was pinched from a boat stored inside a Carter Ln shed. The incident happened between January 19 and February 3.

Stealing

Two spotlights were taken from the front of a locked car parked in a shed on Boundary Rd. The incident happened between 3pm, February 3 and 8.15am the next day.

URANGAN

Stealing

A portable barbecue was taken from the rear patio of a unit which backs onto the beach at Great Sandy Straits Resort. The incident happened between 10pm, February 3 and 6am the next day.

Shop stealing

A man nicked a 31 piece Sidchrome set in a red metal rectangular case from the shop on the corner of Alice and Ferry Sts at about 3.21pm on February 4.
