THE absence of several top-line players is only a small hurdle for Bay Power to overcome tomorrow.

The Power host Brothers Bulldogs in a battle between the QFA Wide Bay Sunshine Coast's unbeaten teams.

The Power will be without trio Damon Oakley, Glenn Krohn and Ben Ottery, but coach Michael Gay was not overly concerned.

"We've had Lurch (Damon Oakley) on ice this week but it's not a catastrophe,” Gay said. "We've got players who are stepping up.”

Gay said he expected Brothers to use their size to bash through the middle of the ground.

"I think they're well- drilled but it's hard to judge as I've only seen them play one half of footy,” Gay said.

Hervey Bay Bombers will host The Waves Eagles at their Raward Rd base.

Both games are scheduled to start at 3pm.
