While many were excited at the prospect of saying farewell to 2020, we cannot forget that the new year will continue to deliver numerous challenges. Some challenges will be similar to those we have already experienced however some will be new and require us to respond with confidence even when facing uncertainty. In 2021, the environment will continue to change and as leaders, we must remain agile and be prepared to adapt as challenges arise. As individuals, the only thing that we can control is how we respond to these challenges, and how we choose to lead our people. This session will focus on how you take control of your mindset and lead with purpose, ensuring that you (not the environment) are driving the action and decisions that you make in your personal or professional life. This workshop is aimed at leaders interested in boosting their mindset for positive change and growth, with the session recognising that leadership begins at home, therefore anyone in a leadership role at home, at work, at school or in a voluntary capacity are welcome to attend.
This presentation and workshop on Mindsets for Leadership in Challenging Times with Tanya O’Shea, Managing Director Impact Services follows the International Women's Day Breakfast.
